Welcome to the Asheville Psychic Society! We are an all-inclusive community for anyone interested in the intuitive arts, at any stage of personal development. Our focus is on camaraderie, collaboration, networking, and genuine friendship.
The Society was founded by Psychic Medium Kelly Palmatier of Channeling White Light. Kelly is an award-winning evidential psychic medium based in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina, USA.
We meet in person on the second Monday each month (excluding December), from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
Meetings are always held within Asheville city limits, with the exact location announced to current members each month. If you have joined, and you have not yet received the email with the location of the meeting, and it is less than 24 hours before the meeting, feel free to call or text me (Kelly) at 828-435-3700 (extension 0 for phone calls).
Membership is $5/month (cancel anytime). This just helps with some of the administrative costs.

Free Open House & Photoshoot Details

Hello, friends and fellow intuitives!
SPECIAL PARTY – I’m excited to invite you all to a special party for my 60th birthday! We will be celebrating on Saturday, July 11 (a couple days before our regular July gathering on Monday, July 13, which I’ll announce later).
PHOTO SHOOT – For this event, I have hired a professional photographer to take photos of our group that we can use in promotional materials for pitching the television series! If possible, all members of the Asheville Psychic Society are requested to arrive at 6:00 p.m. sharp for the exclusive photo shoot portion of the evening. Other non-psychic society party guests are invited to arrive at 7, so this one hour from 6 to 7 is the time for our exclusive photo shoot. Additional photos may be taken afterwards, but those are likely to be more candid mingling shots with other party guests.
We will take some posed group shots, some candid shots, and some individual shots. I especially want to feature members who have been regularly attending the recent meetings.
OPEN HOUSE – Even though we will be specifically photographing active members and founding members, I’d like to consider this event as a free open house — meaning it is open to anyone interested in the Asheville Psychic Society (any in the vicinity who is interested in the intuitive arts). Feel free to bring any guests you’d like. We are open and inclusive in this group.
ATTIRE – Please dress in the most elevated version of your authentic self. This doesn’t mean you have to dress up if that’s not authentically you. For example, if you normally wear jeans, a t-shirt, and a beanie to the regular meetings, and that’s the image you like to project of yourself, then just wear your favorite jeans, t-shirt, and beanie. Television tends to remember distinctive personalities and styles, so if you’re interested in appearing on the show, don’t be afraid to let your authentic style shine. As many of you are aware, I dress in full-length skirts with petticoats every day, even on my off days, so I will be wearing one of my favorites: a very sparkly rose-colored skirt from India.
LOCATION – This will be at Capella on 9, the rooftop bar of the AC Hotel downtown at 10 Broadway Street, Asheville, NC 28801. We have reserved the area at the front (on the west side of the building) where we should have a great view of the sunset later on for those who choose to linger.
FOOD INCLUDED – Some vegan snacks will be served. Each guest may purchase his/her own beverages (or other food items).
WHAT TO BRING – If you have an item or two that you think would make a good prop for the photo shoot, such as a crystal or a special Tarot card, feel free to bring them. I don’t know if we’ll end up using any props, but it’s fine to think along those lines.
WHAT NOT TO BRING – My birthday celebration is about community. Your presence is my present! In lieu of any gifts, I will have a donation jar out for the Asheville Humane Society for those interested in parting ways with their money!
